To valued customer:

By engaging our seat mounting service for go-karts with seats larger than standard size 3 or Jecko C7, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Top Kart USA is not liable for any frame cracks or structural damage that may occur as a result of the installation or use of the oversized seat. The customer assumes all risks associated with the mounting and operation of the go-kart with the specified seat, and Top Kart USA shall not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from such use.
