Payment Terms

We accept the following forms of payment.

Cash and Wire Transfers
If you prefer wire transfers or for our large order or International customers, Please call to make arrangements with us as we will provide you with wire transfer details.

Check
Cashier or Personal (personal checks are accepted, but no kart is released until the check clears the bank- this applies to cashiers checks as well due the current level of fraud surrounding that type of payment.)

All ATM and Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards and ATM cards.(AMEX, Discover, Visa, Master Card etc) We have “over the phone” processing available. ALL credit card orders not placed through our online store method have a 3% fee added to the total purchase price over $500. A $3 Fee is added to purchases from $100 – $499. A $2 Fee is added to purchases below $100.

Installments
Yes, you can purchase your new or pre-owned kart with our installment plan!
We do all we can to work with our customers various financial situations. and one way to offset the cost is to use our simple installment plan. We will set up an installment plan after the sale price is agreed upon by both parties. Typically we set up the total payment divided over 4 convenient installments or a maximum of 30 Days, whichever the customer prefers.  No kart is released until paid in full. We do not charge interest on installment payments but installment payments are non-refundable as we stop advertising the kart and mark it as sale pending upon receipt of the first installment. To begin, all we require is a 50% deposit and you are one step closer to bringing one of our karts to your garage! *Please remember the deposit is non-refundable and will hold the kart for 30 days or until the first scheduled installment payment has been received. All payments made during the payment plan are non-refundable. (We are holding the kart, engine or parts in a good faith gesture to enable more customers to purchase from us, but in doing so we are refusing the sale of the same kart, engine or parts during the payment plan payoff period.)
*The installment Payment Plan is a no interest payment system that let’s the customer buy and hold the kart, until they can finish the payments on a schedule that is convenient for them.

Deposit Policy
All deposits placed on karts, engines and parts are refundable within 48hrs of payment. Due to the nature of custom built racing vehicles, such as sprint racing karts, we allow up to 48hrs from time of payment for a full refund, minus any credit card and/or bank fees. After that period the deposit is forfeited.

Delinquent Customer Accounts
In the case of a delinquent customer account, Top Kart USA reserves the right to take any action and steps available in securing the funds owed by the customer. Top Kart USA is not limited to repossessing equipment and selling the equipment necessary to secure the funds owed on the balance.

Customer Equipment Sales Policy
All items that Top Kart USA lists for sale and brokers the sale of your equipment, there is a 15% service charge from the amount of the items sell price. Owner of equipment must give Top Kart USA asking price and lowest price they wish to sell their equipment for before we list the product. Once equipment has been sold, Top Kart USA can either credit your account for the balance less 15% or write a check out to the owner of equipment. Check may take up to 10 business days to be sent.
